Most men know that eating right, exercising, and not drinking or smoking can improve their sexual performance. But it’s easier said than done, right? Especially if you have kids or a demanding job.So I’ve come up with some shortcuts. Here are some daily tips that are very easy to do. So easy that you can do them all in under 10 minutes a day. OK, start timing.

Do 3 sets of 10 push ups (Time: 1 minute): Push ups give you a great return for just a little time and effort. You can do them anywhere, anytime, and there’s no special equipment. After a few days, you’ll look and feel stronger. Your shoulders will broaden. You’ll become more attractive. Push ups aren’t just for the arms, either. They also use muscles in the arms, chest, abdomen, hips, and legs.

Eat an apple (Time: 3 minutes): Eating right is hard to do, and it can also be expensive. But if you’re going to eat anything, eat an apple. Apples lower blood cholesterol, improve bowel function, reduce risk of stroke, prostate cancer, type II diabetes, and asthma. They also help flush out toxins in your body. Everything’s connected in your body, and food that’s good for you is also good for your sexual health.

Do Kegel Exercises (5 minutes): If you stop the flow of urine when peeing, you’ve just done a kegel exercise. What these exercises do is strengthen the pelvic muscles. If you’ve never done them before, just try them for a week and I guarantee you’ll notice a difference in erection strength and control over ejaculation.

Here’s a routine to get you started. Contract and release 10 times in a row. Then contract and hold for 5 seconds and rest for 5 seconds. Do this 10 times. Finally, contract and hold for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Do this 3 times. Then finish by contracting and releasing 10 times in a row again.
